Hi, dear admin, could you check again this titles ? There are many missing files, for example in the cardiology part, there is no item 01, 03, 06, 07, 08, 11, 12, 16, 17, 19, 20, …a lot a lot of missing audios. Could you checked all the files of parts again and update it dear admin ?
Dear Sir
We have check all part, it seems that you have not download it completely.
Yes I’ve just checked again, it seems that it is still missed, for example, in the part 01-cardiovascular-medicine, after extract I see:
Item 02 A 58-year-old Man Asks for a Cardiac Risk Assessment
Item 04 A 58-year-old Woman is Evaluated During a Routine Physical Examination
Item 05 A 52-year-old Woman is Seen in Follow-Up for Dyspnea
Item 09 A 34-year-old Woman with Idiopathic Heart Failure has a Nonproductive Cough
Item 10 A 48-year-old Man with Hypertension is Referred for an Echocardiogram
Item 13 A 69-year-old Woman is Seen after a Non-ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Item 14 A 51-year-old Woman is Admitted with Community-Acquired Pneumonia
Item 15 A 74-year-old Man is Evaluated for Progressive Exertional Dyspnea
Item 18 A 63-year-old Man is Seen for Follow-Up of Coronary Artery Disease
….
So for example, which is the ITEM 01, 03, 06, 07, 08, 11, 12, 16, 17 … ? Other parts also has this situation, could you check again and tell me where is the missing item that I said for example dear admin ?
All these items are available. check the image below

Yes you can see on the file rar in the picture above, it is only have, for example:
1-02 “ITEM 02” A 58-year-old Man Asks for a Cardiac Risk Assessment
1-03 “ITEM 04” A 58-year-old Woman is Evaluated During a Routine Physical Examination
1-04 “ITEM 05” A 52-year-old Woman is Seen in Follow-Up for Dyspnea
1-05 “ITEM 09” A 34-year-old Woman with Idiopathic Heart Failure has a Nonproductive Cough
1-06 Item 10 A 48-year-old Man with Hypertension is Referred for an Echocardiogram
So you see it lacks the “ITEM 03” and “ITEM 06, ITEM 07. ITEM 09” …, please notice that I mentioned about the “ITEM”, not the number that you put on at the begining of title, for example “1-0x”. It really lacks many ITEMs, every parts of this series lacks those. Please check carefully once again and let me know, dear admin.
We have check the files
and there is no such items available. Numbers before Items are continuously one by one
